Below are a few of my selected favorite recipes.
BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe – This is one of my favorite BBQ recipes of all time. Mastering the perfect pulled pork is not difficult at all with the right recipe. Follow these simple steps and you’ll be on your way to pig mastery. It’s also a great excuse to hang out in the backyard all day. Beer is a requirement.
How to Grill a Ribeye Steak – The perfect ribeye only needs salt and pepper if its grilled correctly. There is never any need to marinade a ribeye or drown it in BBQ sauce, and steak sauce is a felony in some states… don’t do it. A good quality ribeye packs all the flavor you’ll need.
Barbecue Chicken Thighs – Chicken thighs are the cut of choice for competition chicken, but cooking competition style doesn’t make any sense in the backyard. Keep things simple and you can’t go wrong. These grilled chicken wings will impress your guests just fine.
Stuffed Jalapenos with Cream Cheese and Bacon – This is, hands down, my favorite appetizer for the grill. It takes a little effort, but its worth every second after the first bite. All the flavors and textures of these amazing treats may be too hard to stop eating before the main course shows up. Pace yourself.
